Li-Zandré has helped me get back on track with my cross country and track training
multiple times in a relatively short timeframe when nothing else I tried for my nagging hamstring pain worked. She is super knowledgeable and so supportive, encouraging, and passionate when it comes to helping her patients reach their goals. She has been such a huge help to me in staying healthy so I can keep competing and doing what I love. I would highly recommend Li-Zandré and Elevate Physical Therapy to anyone in need of PT.

Li-Zandre is a phenomenal Physical Therapist... easily one of the best I've gotten to work with. She has worked directly with a number of athletes inside of our collegiate program for distance runners, and has successfully helped numerous athletes get back to full health efficiently. The range of her expertise is immense, as I think every athlete who has seen her has presented with different issues. Li-Zandre takes the time to listen to you; she really wants to understand the athletes are experiencing and help them take the next logical steps on their path from injury to wellness.
