Last man, Fast man (hills edition)

Thank you to those of you that made it out this week for another rendition of last man, fast man.The group was light, but the rucks were not!

This last man, fast man hills edition saw the group go 3 miles and averaged between 5-8 carries per mile which is intense! The sandbag was 20 lbs again, but I hear we may need to up the ante after this week.
