Saturday was awesome! It was so fun to see you all work so hard and push yourselves with extra weight. We carried an extra 150 lbs as a team for 4 miles! Also welcome to those who joined the club for the first time, we are happy to have you!
This week we rucked over the new Sherwood pedestrian bridge with an extra 150 pounds of sandbags that we shared around the group. We switched back and forth between 1 minute shuffle, 1 minute walk and 2 minute shuffle 2 minute walk for 4 miles.
Here's your summary:
Your choice ruck weight +
Buy in: none
Main:
4 miles off and on walking and shuffling with an average group finish of about 55 minutes for an average pace of 13:45 per mile which beat our goal by over a minute!

Cash out: 5 min EMOM
10 squats/squats jumps
10 push ups
Totals: 4 miles
50 push ups
50 squats/squat jumps
It has been quite a few weeks since we did anything over 4 miles, but you all killed it. What has been awesome to see is the increase in volume we have had since May. As a group we are moving faster and carrying more weight and proving we are more capable than we expect. I love that we challenge each other and want to make each other better every week!
Thank you to all of you, it wouldn't be 99RC without you! Please share 99 Ruck Club with friends, family, or anyone you think would be interested, let's keep the good rucks rolling!
