99 Ruck Club Workout - 083025 The Ruck "shuffle"

We called this one The Ruck "Shuffle". We shuffled up a deck of cards and took turns picking up cards to determine our fate. When we got through the whole deck the workout was over. Every suit was a different movement with our rucks on and the number on the card dictated the number of reps we were to complete. Aces and face cards were special, it went something like this:
Hearts - Squat Jumps
Diamonds - Sandbag bicep curl to overhead press
Spades - Push ups
Clubs - High pull
Jacks - Jog (ruck jog 280 yards)
Queens - Quick (ruck 280 yards as fast as possible)
Kings - Carry (Farmer carry sandbag 140 yards)
Aces - 5 burpees

Draw all 52 cards and total the following in completely random order!
54 squat jumps
54 pushups
54 High pulls
54 bicep curl to OHP
Jog 1120 yards
Quick 1120 yards
Carry 560 yards
Cash out: 140 yard Sprint relay--> south side squad for the win!
Totals: ~2.4 miles of rucking
Time elapsed: 55 mins
Today may not have been as hard as previous weeks, but it kept people persistently pushing which is really important. A lot of time on long rucks you can rest a bit. This took all your focus to stay in it and keep up, as a club we did excellent! Rucking is all about embracing the suck and 99 ruck club did that today.
