99 Ruck Club Workout 7/19/25

This is a 1-minute on, 1-minute off workout, meaning we walked with rucks for 1 minute and then "ruck shuffled" (slow jog) for 1 minute. 99 Ruck Club maintained this pattern for 5km (3.2 miles).


Buy in:

2 rounds with ruck on

10 Step ups each leg

20 squat jumps


Workout:

  • Choose your ruck weight

  • 1-minute walk, 1 minute shuffle

  • 3.2 miles

10 lunges each leg
