The 500lb Ladder
Your choice ruck weight +
Buy in: 2/3 mile ruck shuffle (Finished anywhere from 8 min to 9:45)

Main: We broke into teams and collected seven different caches of sand bags that were located at several different distances on the hill in Snyder park. Everyone on the team had to go out to collect one cache at a time and return it to the starting point. As the team returned from each cache, they had to lunge the last 15 yards to the starting line (exception only for the person carrying the sandbags from the cache). Once the entire team was back, they could go collect sandbags from the next cache. This continued until all sandbags were collected and brought back to the starting point. After this was accomplished, each team ran the 500 lbs of sandbags all the way to the top of the 80-yard hill. First team to finish was the West Side team!
We repeated the process with some modifications one more time.
Cash out: Beat your buy-in, 2/3 mile ruck shuffle (Finished anywhere from 6 min to 9:45)
Totals: About 3 miles of hill rucking with spells of added weight!
1st relay ~ 15 minutes
2nd relay ~10 minutes
