The Load Bearer
Today was the load bearer workout. This workout had you choose a similarly conditioned partner and get your average ruck weight. You and your partner were then responsible for carrying an extra sandbag that was the same weight as the average of your ruck weight. This made people carry nearly double the weight they normally carry for about half of the ruck (1.75 miles). This is a great workout for challenging your limits and most people find out that they are capable of rucking more weight than they thought!
Your choice ruck weight +
