Ruck 5/31/25

Workout:

  • Ruck 5km (3 mi) at chosen weight [the group averaged ~17.5 min/mile]

  • 2 Rounds, with 20# sand bag:

    • 10 squat jumps

    • 10 plank pull-throughs

    • 10 lunges each leg

    • 10 overhead throws

    • 3x50 yard sprint (no weight)
