Workout:
Ruck 5km (3 mi) at chosen weight [the group averaged ~17.5 min/mile]
2 Rounds, with 20# sand bag:
10 squat jumps
10 plank pull-throughs
10 lunges each leg
10 overhead throws
3x50 yard sprint (no weight)
