Ideally, choose a hill on which to perform this ruck workout. The hill should be .5 -.75 miles long, if possible.

Workout:

  • Choose your ruck weight

  • Buy-in:

    • 1 min squats

    • 1 min push ups

  • 5 Rounds of:

    • Hill climb

    • 20 squats

    • 20 push ups

  • Cash-out:

    • 1 minute squat jumps
