Ruck 6/28/25

This workout is best done with a few partners, as it is a "last man, fast man" style. This means you start in the back with additional weight (on top of your ruck), run to the front of the line, pass off the weight, and repeat.

Workout:

  • Buy-in:

    • 30 squats

    • 15 lateral lunges each side

    • 15 step ups each side

  • Last man, fast man for 3 miles

  • Cash-out:

    • Ascending rep-for-rep with your partner(s): 1 rep up to 10 reps

      • Kettlebell squat to bicep curl to overhead press/tricep press
