Ruck 7/12/25

This is a "drop zone" workout, meaning you have two piles of weights (like capture the flag) and move the weight from one pile, walk back without weight, and repeat. 99 Ruck Club did it in a .66 mile loop, requiring everyone to run in a clockwise fashion.

Workout:

  • Choose your ruck weight

  • Move weights back and forth from the two piles for 40 minutes. Challenge yourself to go heavy and alternate with light & fast
